Fitness Running Club Class
Supplemental training designed to improve running performance whether 2 miles or a marathon. The class will focus on general conditioning, strength improvement, range of motion principles, flexibility, technique drills and agility concepts specifically directed toward running improvement. Class will rotate through a variety of training cycles designed to help all runners achieve personal goals, hydration and specific race targeted achievement.
All participants are encouraged to wear clothing and shoes that would be worn for running, bring a water bottle and hand towel.
