	Aerobics A variety of group exercise classes are offered daily from aqua aerobics to yoga. There are classes appropriate for beginners to advanced.

	Cardio Theater Our Cardio Theater features an assortment of elliptical machines, treadmills, recumbent bikes, and stair climbers facing an entertainment wall with 5 television monitors, VCR, and audio station. Plug in your earphones and watch your favorite video, TV show, or listen to music as you burn those calories away! The Spa now features Elliptical machines, the latest in cardio exercise equipment. Ideal for those with little time to spare, ellipticals work out both your upper and lower body muscle groups simultaneously, offering the best total body, cross training exercises available today. Its smooth, virtually impact-free motion is gentle on the joints and allows you to achieve more results in less time, with less perceived exertion!

	Cybex Fitness Equipment The Spa proudly features Cybex, the #1 voted fitness equipment, exclusively throughout the fitness floor, including selectorized and free weights.

	Fitness and Wellness Services Our Nationally Certified Fitness Trainers provide fitness & wellness services for members and non-members. These services include MicroFit fitness and wellness profiles, customized exercise programs and private consultations. Fitness Profile: Measure your progress with a complete fitness profile including resting heart rate, blood pressure, body weight, percentage of body fat, flexibility, strength, aerobic capacity, as well as a written report. Customized Exercise Planner: Maximize your results with a exercise program customized to meet your individual needs and based on your fitness profile test results. Wellness Profile: A program that analyzes lifestyle behaviors that are commonly associated with an increased risk of disability or disease such as nutrition, exercise, stress, tobacco, and safety. Also included is an evaluation of your current heart rate, blood pressure, body weight, and percentage of body fat. Private Consultation: Private Fitness & Wellness consultations are available at no charge to Spa members.

	Luxurious Locker Rooms Our locker rooms are so luxurious, you won't want to leave! Both the men's and women's locker rooms offer spacious lockers for rent or loan, private dressing rooms, showers with complimentary toiletries, and vanity mirrors with hairdryers.

	Merchandise The Spa offers the very latest in exercise, sports, and active wear for sale for men and women - plus, a complete line of quality vitamins and supplements to complement your fitness and wellness program. Also available are work-out bags, personal cosmetics and gift items with free gift wrapping. Special orders gladly accepted.

	Nursery Our nursery is free to members and staffed by certified child care professionals for children 6 weeks to 9 years of age. Fun activities and games will keep your young ones entertained while you work out!

	Sauna/Steam Room/Whirlpool Located in both the men's and women's locker rooms, our wet areas offer privacy and convenience - the perfect way to relax your soar muscles after a hard workout, or simply unwind after a hard day's work.

	Swimming Pool Our indoor swimming pool measures 25'X45' and remains at a comfortable 84 degrees year-round, perfect for lap swimming or aqua aerobics classes!

	Tanning Say good-bye to those ugly white stripes underneath your arms typically caused by other beds... our Wolff tanning beds, the best in the industry, provide quick, comfortable all-over tanning.
